The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and training sales representatives to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed targets. Conduct real-time call monitoring, feedback sessions, and one-on-one coaching to improve conversion rates. Design and implement role-plays, simulations, and practical selling exercises. Train agents on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniques. Create strategies to boost agent confidence and enhance customer interactions.
