Position: Financial AnalystOrganization: FP&ALocation: Noida/Bangalore, IndiaDescription The Compensation Analyst, functions as an integral part of the sales operations team to manage compensations processes for WW Sales Organization Reps, managing compensation rules in the compensation tool, adhoc reporting around attainment, Quota setting for sales rep, making sure that compensation and revenue actuals are followed and completed within the required timelines provided.We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciate working with data, complex rules, orders, attainment etc. Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for interacting on a regular basis with the Field Sales, WW Sales Operations teams etc.Primary ResponsibilitiesComp Analyst: Data ReconciliationReconciling orders within our compensation management tool (including reconciling and validating ACV/TCV calculations for SAAS products)Ensuring the correct rep is aligned to orders based on the territory in placeUnderstanding the Adobe compensation plans, and update records to reflect appropriate sales measuresReporting on attainment for compensation purposesMaintaining master quota file and performing audit procedures to ensure accuracyTracking of new hires and ensuring that onboarding activities i.e. sign off of plans, are metCreating the documentation of all WW Sales compensation plansAd hoc reporting requestsAugment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate payouts to repsDocument processes and operating proceduresManage & own end customers, stakeholder, deliverables and timelinesManage Compensation casesPerform UAT/PAT for system enhancementsAutomation of reports through macros etcSkills: 5+ years of work experience preferably in reputed MNCBachelor’s/Master’s DegreeExcellent communication skillsExperience in working with International stakeholdersExperience working in sales operations preferredExcellent excel skills, MS-access, MacrosExperience using tools as SAP, SFDC,Highly organized, and pays attention to detailsAbility to work under minimal supervision, a strong team playerStrong Analytical skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at timesExperience in reports & presentationAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
