Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our outbound sales team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by engaging with warm leads transferred by our Telemarketing (TM) team, managing the sales lifecycle, and converting prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound US sales, excellent communication skills, and a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Call Handling & Sales Execution Handle warm transfers from the Telemarketing (TM) team. Engage and qualify leads, delivering compelling sales pitches. Drive end-to-end sales, including agreement finalization. Make outbound calls using both auto-dialer and manual processes. Process Adherence Follow structured scripts and adhere to defined filters/criteria. Execute sales strategies to ensure high lead conversion. Client Engagement & Follow-Up Build strong relationships with potential clients. Provide timely follow-ups to ensure conversion and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs. Maintain accurate records and report on sales performance. Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th pass (High School Diploma or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales (preferably US market). Age Limit: Up to 35 years. Skills & Competencies Strong spoken and written communication skills. Proven sales and negotiation expertise. Comfortable working with scripts while being adaptive. Proficiency in dialer tools and outbound call systems. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and results-driven. Able to work independently and within a team. Flexible with work hours and open to rotational shifts, including weekends.
