Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure seamless sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports. Order Processing: Handle customer orders, ensure accurate entry into CRM systems, and follow up on order status. Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, or deliveries. Communication: Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication. Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales data to support strategy development and forecasting. Inventory Coordination: Work with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Event & Meeting Support: Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales support or coordination role (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Experience in the industry (Automobile/Automotive). Familiarity with order management systems and ERP software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time-management and prioritization skills. Working Conditions: Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday. Office-based with occasional travel to meetings or events. Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and responsiveness.
