Job Description As a Sales Coordinator at Astra Pack, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Lead Tracking: Efficiently track sales leads and maintain a comprehensive database. - Quote Coordination: Assist in coordinating and preparing quotes for customers. - Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and following up on order statuses. - Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing essential data and assistance. - Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and record sales data accurately. - Order Management: Process orders promptly, including rush orders, and review pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction. - Account Management: Manage customer accounts, troubleshoot order and account-related issues, and follow up with customers for administrative purposes. - Data Management: Perform data entry tasks for sales figures and maintain an organised filing system. - Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks for the company and its management teams. - Meeting Coordination: Schedule customer meetings and conferences as needed. - Alert Supervisors: Report any unusual activity to your supervisors promptly. - Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and upskill as necessary to excel in your role. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience: Experience in administration and high-volume office work is advantageous. - Skills: Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills. Excellent teamwork, motivation, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Proficiency in computer and IT skills, including typing. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
