Role Description BR Engineering is seeking two full-time Sales Coordinators (1 Male, 1 Female) in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinators will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. This position requires someone with a strong background in engineering and a high level of organizational skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities and schedules of the sales team. Manage and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Assist with customer communications, providing regular updates on order status and resolving any issues. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy. Prepare regular sales reports and assist in setting sales targets and forecasts. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts. Handle sales documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure product availability. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary administrative assistance. Coordinate and organize trade shows, events, and client meetings as required. Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Engineering field . Graduate in any relevant field. ( Engineering field will be preferred) Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (Read, Write, and Speak). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in driving sales objectives. Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry is a distinct advantage. Age: 23 to 32 years .
