Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tracking Sales Managers Movement& preparing field visit report for West Region, email same to HO. Prepare correspondence, communications, and other documents Checking all mails, forwarding it to concern manager Follow up & reminder for payment, PDC, Cheque with client as per HO Instruction. Tracking incoming & outgoing couriers, maintaining MIS till dispatch & closure. Co-ordinate with West team Sales Co-coordinators team at HO on day to day basis. Receive Courier, packages etc. and distribute them in a proper manner Monitor office supplies and place orders as and when required Keep updated records and files of office management Responsible for branch office admin& maintenance. Keep office maintain neat & clean. Vendor Management. Keep records of office stationary. Make travel arrangements as and when required Design and maintain databases Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents Arrange and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. Any other task assigned by HOD
