Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team immediately. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Job Type : Full-time Schedule : Day shift Salary : Based On Interview Responsibilities Sales Support Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships. Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements. Provide administrative support for the sales team s day-to-day activities. Client Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests. Order Processing Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to fulfill orders efficiently. Maintain records of sales orders and client interactions. Sales Data and Reporting Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales data. Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance. Provide data and reports to the sales team as needed. Sales Meetings and Events Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials. Ensure seamless logistics for off-site client meetings. Requirements Bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
