Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all import and export activities. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations. Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues. Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes. Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations. Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Develop business strategies to increase revenue growth and market share. Provide administrative support for sales executives, including data entry and record-keeping. Collaborate with import/export teams to manage international trade transactions. Coordinate logistics for import/export operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client meetings. Develop business relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Assist in marketing efforts by creating presentations and reports on sales performance. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in Sales coordinator or a related field. Strong understanding of logistics sales, marketing, and operations principles. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
