Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Bengaluru Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing communication, maintaining records, preparing documents, and helping the team meet sales targets. This role ensures smooth coordination within the team and excellent customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to provide information about products and services Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations Maintain and update customer databases and sales records Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and preparing reports Help with marketing tasks such as email campaigns or promotional events Respond to client emails and coordinate with internal departments for support Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer service Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
