Role:-Sales Coordinator Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days Position Specific Description : Sales Coordinator Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our remote team. In this back office role, you will be responsible for supporting our front-line Account Managers with key administrative, coordination, and customer engagement tasks that enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Your goal is to ensure seamless internal operations, accurate documentation, and timely support, enabling our sales team to focus on client relationships and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers, including preparing quotations, proposals, and customer documentation. Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline entries, and track progress of opportunities and leads. Coordinate with internal departments (pre-sales, finance, delivery) to gather information and support proposal creation. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for the sales team. Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, case studies, and marketing materials. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements. Support order processing, invoicing coordination, and documentation for sales closure. Maintain accurate and organized digital filing of customer interactions and sales documentation. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support or back office role (preferably in IT or B2B environment). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with IT solutions, products, and services is a plus. Experience supporting multiple sales/account managers. Basic knowledge of sales metrics and reporting.
