Sales Coordinator ABOUT RADIX 42 year old company Founded by the current MD, Mr. Sameer Shah, B. Tech from IIT Bombay, in 1980 Principal activities : Instrumentation Manufacturing and Industrial Automation Measurement of Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow Products : RTDs, Controllers, Transmitters, Humidity Sensors, Indicators and Isolators Industrial Automation in the Pharmaceutical & other industries Four manufacturing facilities at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune Large R&D Center All-India sales network About 580 people work at Radix 2022-23 : 100+ crore sales Order Processing from Registration to Execution Manage daily bookings in ERP system Ensure timely order registration in ERP Releasing Proforma Invoice / Invoice Coordination & Payment followup Coordinate with customer for Advance / payment schedules as per Terms of payment Interact with Production teams for delivery schedule & regular follow ups for timely dispatch of orders as per given schedule. Communicate with sales engineers / customers for ensuring updates to customers in case of delay in delivery. Regularly followup for pending payments directly with Customers and/or through sales engineers Get approvals / escalate & resolve critical issues from concerned people on a timely basis. Reports / Files / Tracker updation Keep track of target set vs booking and planning of execution Update ERP masters as and when required ( eg. Party master, etc ) Update Sales order files for the zone / given area on a regular basis. Update status of orders based on interaction with sales engineers / Customers / Production teams. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Order processing & Registration - Timely registration of orders Commercial clearances 2. Coordination with Internal & External stakeholders - Get delivery schedules Communicate to customer 3. Followup for Pending payments - Regular followup for pending payments 4. Updating status files / tracker / reports - Updating tracker of various reports for ISO purpose Updating status of orders. Education - Any Graduate / Post graduate Experience 2+ years Knowledge and Skills Very good familiarity with Word, Excel, Familiarity with ERP. . Analyze customer data Soft Skills Good communication skills (Written and Verbal), Effective followup and close looping communications between stakeholders, Extroverted and smooth personality, Problem Solving, Ability to handle a team. .
