Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Business Operations Experience: 2+ Years Location: Mumbai Department: Business Operations Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Business Operations Client Engagement Team . This role involves tracking all client engagement activities, ensuring proper recording of sessions, maintaining CRM updates, and preparing comprehensive reports on Existing Accounts, New Acquisitions, and Overall Client Interactions . The ideal candidate will work closely with the business team to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement Account Tracking: Monitor and track engagement activities for all client accounts, categorized as Existing Accounts and New Acquisitions . Ensure proper documentation of all client meetings, follow-ups, and interactions. Maintain a structured repository of client communication history for easy reference. CRM Data Management: Update and manage CRM systems with accurate client details, interaction logs, and progress reports. Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, proposals, and ongoing business discussions. Provide real-time insights on customer engagement and business growth trends. Reporting Analysis: Record and maintain logs of all client engagement sessions and prepare detailed reports on business interactions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, satisfaction, and sales performance. Generate dashboards and insights to support business decision-making. Sales Business Team Coordination: Support the sales and client engagement team in daily/weekly calls. Maintain meeting notes, track actionable items, and ensure timely execution of follow-ups.
