Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Support Sales Team: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Provide updated sales materials, presentations, and product information. Order Management: Process and verify sales orders for accuracy. Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with logistics teams. Follow up on orders with dealers and OEMs to track progress. Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Provide updates on order status, delays, and expected delivery timelines. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Quotation Preparation: Create personalized quotations based on customer needs. Ensure quotes are accurate and submitted promptly. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order processing. Ensure streamlined communication between departments. Order Follow-Up & Payment Collection: Follow up on pending orders with dealers and OEMs. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payment collection. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and databases. Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales applications (CRM, ERP). Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
