The role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations post-purchase, from customer queries to handling legal documentation, payments, and coordination with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that clients receive the highest level of service during the transition period after closing a sale, ensuring all necessary backend operations are completed smoothly.
