Sending commercials to customers with best possible prices .(Cloud Products/Services Handled[1]Microsoft licenses, Google, Azure, AWS and other 3rd party software’s) b. MIS report preparations and entering and maintaining real time sales data. c. Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions and reporting of customer issues. d. Managing yearly and monthly renewals of licenses. e. Co ordinating and assisting other departments to release order to distributors. f. Addressing customer sales queries and suggesting them with right solutions and licenses. g. Managing OEM portals. h. Arranging technical call between customers and technical team. i. Follow-up with customers for order confirmation. j. Negotiating prices with vendors/distributors k. Placing orders through distributors portal. l. Creating Sales quotation, Sales orders, Purchase request in SAP m. Managing billing of Azure and AWS invoices based on the monthly consumption reports. n. Preparing Proforma invoice and sharing to customers. o. Follow up for Distributor invoices, CN etc. p. Sending invoices to customers and payment follow-ups q. Helping sales team to prepare their reports like Funnel,weekly reports,daily reports,monthly reports etc. r.
