Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Rajauri Garden, Delhi Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferably in a similar industry) Salary: As per industry standards / Open for the right candidate Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the sales department, handling coordination, order processing, client communication, and sales documentation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring timely execution of all sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication with clients. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM or Excel. Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and address queries. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Track and report sales performance metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly reports). Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other promotional materials. Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in organizing meetings, client visits, and exhibitions. Handle after-sales support and resolve any order-related issues in coordination with relevant teams. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless workflow. Followups on sales CRM funnel & taking feedback for customer service satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or graduate. 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales support role. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in [insert industry, e.g., sanitaryware, hardware, FMCG] will be an added advantage.
