For more product details check our website : www.centrifugaloilcleaner.com Vacancy Name : Back office Executive/Sales Coordinator Location - Pune at Narhe Qualification : BE(Mach)BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate Experience- 1 to 2 years(Manufacturing company ) Skills : strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to support the sales process effectively. Computer : CRM/Word/Excel/Power point Profile : 1. Quotation Preparation : Develop and prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their requirements and specifications. 2. Support Sales Manager : Assist the Sales Manager in various tasks, including preparing sales presentations, analyzing market trends, and strategizing to meet sales targets. 3. Interdepartmental Coordination : Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding machine status and availability. 4. Customer Correspondence : Maintain effective communication with customers regarding the status of their machines, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on dispatch and delivery timelines. 5. Dispatch Coordination : Oversee the dispatch process to ensure timely delivery of machines to customers, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams as necessary.
