Job Title: Sales Counsellor Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective customers and provide detailed product or service information. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings to drive conversions. Conduct one-on-one counselling or advisory sessions (in person, over phone, or via video) to explain benefits, pricing, and features. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure consistent pipeline movement and high conversion rates. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, webinars, or open houses as needed. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer queries and objections. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales or counselling roles, preferably in edtech, real estate, health, or retail sectors. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer psychology and offer tailored recommendations. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry/reporting.
