Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who are passionate about transforming education through technology. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential school clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and demonstrating how our innovative platform can solve their administrative challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits to schools across Mumbai, Thane, Mira Bhayandar, and Koparkhairane regions Identify and engage with key decision-makers within educational institutions Schedule and conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting our platform's unique features Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking Follow up persistently with prospects to progress sales opportunities Document prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies Stay updated on product developments and competitive offerings Requirements Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS Demonstrated ability to navigate the Mumbai metropolitan area efficiently Strong presentation and communication skills in English Professional appearance and demeanor Resilient, self-motivated attitude with ability to handle rejection Tech-savvy with ability to effectively demonstrate software features Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to educational institutions Prior work experience in schools or educational environments Understanding of school administrative processes and challenges Knowledge of ERP/SaaS solutions
