This is a revenue-target-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is hungry to make an impact. What we're looking for: 2–3 years of SDR experience in international B2B sales Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Self-starter with strong outbound skills (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and reporting Excellent communication and follow-up skills Background in SaaS or IT services is preferred Your responsibilities: Drive top-of-funnel lead generation across US, UK, and global markets Own your sales targets and pipeline management Schedule demos and hand off qualified leads to closers Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team Track and optimize outreach campaigns for better conversions Why join us?
