Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: Over 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or selling SaaS solutions within mid-market/Enterprise. A bachelor s or master s degree in management or a related field. A strong understanding of SaaS technologies. Previous sales or sales development experience ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced inside sales environment. Knowledge of various sales methodologies and solution-selling techniques. Exceptional organizational skills for efficient information collection and delivery. Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn about prospective customers. Proven ability to collaborate and share knowledge for the team s collective success. Excellent in verbal and written communication in English. Skills Required : Engage with Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects. Utilize phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential prospects aligning with MSB Docs offerings. Implement modern qualification techniques to identify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet our minimum ARR targets. Schedule and conduct Discovery meetings with key decision-makers. Execute prospecting activities, including account research and obtaining accurate contact information within the target customer segments. Craft personalized messages to engage key decision-makers. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to learn the discovery process. Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the company and the critical attributes of the targeted Ideal Customer Profiles . Meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers by conducting . detailed needs analysis, customer-centric interactions, and establishing trust-based relationships. Maintain accurate forecasts and diligently update the CRM with detailed and precise records of all sales-related activities.
