Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Night Shift Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift: Night (US Time Zone) Experience Required: 6 months-4 Years Job Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about outbound prospecting, engaging with clients, and contributing directly to the growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our product offerings. Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams to improve the lead generation process. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 Months- 4 Years of experience in Sales/Business Development roles. Prior experience working with US sales processes is a must. Proven expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting. Strong product explanation and delivery capabilities. A background in inside sales is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in working with the E-commerce/ Food and beverage/ IT Software Sales / SaaS Sales industry will help. Show more Show less
