Role & responsibilities Looking For Sales Development Representative Perform outbound prospecting efforts daily to qualify leads for AE pipeline to generate new business via outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn conversations. Qualify leads per interest and Individual for AE pipeline. Set appointments for AEs when a lead reaches a qualified stage. Maintain sales loft cadence steps to ensure proper outreach is completed to prospects. Work with your dedicated AE to identify ongoing strategic targets. Be able to generate interest from calls, emails, and other prospecting efforts where interest may not have originally existed. Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM. Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies. Responsible for education and developing prospects leading to hand-off to Account Executives. Meet or exceed assigned quota of 70 calls, 50 emails, and 3 LinkedIn conversations per day. 12 leads per month. Attend training sessions, contribute feedback on sales strategies, and improve your prospecting skills continuously. Preferred candidate profile 1-year relevant experience as an SDR preferred, but no experience necessary. Self-motivated Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working closely with Account Executives to identify key accounts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects. Must be located in Bangalore Ability to receive feedback from management and apply it to work efforts. Comfortable with working in an in-office environment.
