Comodo is looking for a Sales Development Representative to add to the team. This individual will reach business targets through excellent telephone and communications skills. They will be responsible for the initiation of prospect calls as well as developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Responsibilities: Will perform outbound calls to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead generation as well as to follow up with existing and potential customers. Will Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, create sense of urgency. Work with Support and Validation team to ensure customer satisfaction. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Education Two year degree or equivalent work experience. Experience Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in some sales or telesales. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Skills and Abilities: Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic Hunter, Closer mentality is essential to accomplish monthly sales quota. Must have the ability to thrive in a start-up environment while applying existing skill sets and training to increase their knowledge base. Ability to manage multiple task at one time while maneuvering through multiple computer tabs.
