About the Role We are seeking a highly driven B2B Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. In this role, you will engage with key decision-makers at businesses, understand their needs, and create opportunities for our solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospecting Lead Generation : Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods. Qualifying Leads : Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to assess fit. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. CRM Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and next steps in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Follow-ups Nurturing : Engage with potential clients through multiple touchpoints to move them down the sales funnel. Collaboration with Sales Marketing : Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Industry Research : Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs in the B2B space. Qualifications Skills 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales representative, business development, or a related role (SaaS, IT, or Enterprise solutions experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle rejection and persistently follow up with prospects. Experience with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.). Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
