Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and setting the stage for successful business relationships. Experience- Required 2+ Years of experience in Sales Development and Lead Generation for Software Product & Services . Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects within the target industries and verticals. Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and strategies to source and qualify potential leads. Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with decision-makers and influencers. Effectively articulate the benefits and features of our B2B SaaS CRM solution to potential clients. Quality leads based on established criteria and accurately document all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations. Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing interest and engagement. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects. Provide feedback and insights from prospect interactions to enhance marketing strategies and product development. Education / Skill set- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology company. Strong understanding of CRM solutions and the value they bring to businesses. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
