Read more on https://www.reelo.io About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with outbound calling, scheduling demos, and acting as a key coordinator between the Sales team and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to manage and maintain essential sales data. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat. (Work form Office) Employment Type: Full-Time What will you do : Conduct outbound calling to potential leads and cold prospects to generate interest. Schedule product demos and coordinate between the Sales team and clients. Follow up with leads to ensure seamless communication and move opportunities further into the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritize outreach efforts and strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and client interactions in the CRM or database. Assist in gathering client requirements and addressing initial inquiries. Provide regular updates and reports on calling activities and lead generation outcomes. What will you need : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Pre-Sales, or a similar role. Ability to perform cold calling confidently and handle rejections professionally. Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and schedules. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to the team s success.
