Client Management Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies Ensure strong Partner Management programs for the region. Managing a strong pipeline of new clients in the region, engage with IPCs to ensure maximum closures through the relationship. Work with the team to ensure maximum closures of leads coming through the Business Development Team for the region. Ensure that the team follows the set process and there is no deviation. Sales & Revenue Management Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand Responsible for interacting, initiating, negotiating and finalizing deals, offering solutions to address the clients' requirements.
