Roles and Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Here are the key expectations from the role: 1.Deliver sales of INR 1cr/month from the website with the help of a telecalling team 2.Deliver sales of INR 50L/month from Amazon 3.Deliver sales of INR 20L/month from 2 stores 4.Manage a team 4 tele-calling sales 5.Manage the store sales team in 2 locations 6.Work with external ad agency to deliver Amazon sales 7.Manage due sales process & data entry Internal & External Relationships Internal: Product/Business Management team Internal: Marketing & communications team External: Customers B2B and B2C External: Roasters & brewers Qualifications and Education Requirements Graduate with min. 3 years overall in sales and min. 1 years in a similar role Preferred Skills Aggressive sales skills. Strong Presentation & Communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team. Self-starter, Bias for Action, Creativity. Hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
