Sales Effectiveness Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Effectiveness Trainer to drive performance excellence among our on-field sales team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting practical, on-ground training sessions, coaching field sales representatives, and implementing best practices to improve customer engagement, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-field coaching and training sessions with sales representatives in retail outlets, modern trade stores, and distributor points.. Design and deliver retail-specific sales training modules on topics such as customer handling, visual merchandising, upselling techniques, product demonstration, objection handling, and closing sales. Implement sales SOPs and training frameworks tailored to on-ground retail scenarios. Organize refresher training and follow-up sessions to ensure retention and execution of sales strategies. Support new joiner onboarding with field induction training and mentorship.
