Role & responsibilities: Customer Lifecycle Management: Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify leads in the chemical, paints, and pharmaceutical (API) industries. Deal Closure: Provide technical solutions, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure smooth supply and commissioning, followed by post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Client Engagement: Travel and Meetings: Willingness to travel within the defined sales region and meet with clients from the process industry to analyze and understand their safety valve needs. Needs Analysis: Assess customer pain points and requirements, aligning them with appropriate technical solutions. Internal Coordination: Production Coordination: Liaise with the production team to update customers on order status. Application Team Communication: Work closely with the application team to ensure the technical proposal is in line with the client's needs and specifications. Technical Sales: Industry Standards: Ensure all proposed solutions comply with relevant standards, such as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.34, ISO 16852, API 520, and API 2000. Matching Solutions: Successfully match customer pain points with the companies products to deliver compliant and efficient safety valve systems. Preferred candidate profile: Qualifications & Experience: Fresher / Experienced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering (Diploma Engineer / B.E / B.Tech). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety valves, pressure relief systems, and compliance with industry standards like ASME and API. Sales Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, develop tailored technical proposals, and close deals. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Location. Language: The candidate must be proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu depending on location.
