Role & responsibilities Designation: Sales Engineer Work Location : Chennai, Coimbatore, & Bangalore Minimum 5 years of any industrial-related sales experience, Aluminum compressed air piping and Air compressors is highly preferable. Two Wheeler is Mandatory Responsibilities Setting short- and long-term goals to achieve sales targets. Identifying customer needs and requirements. Finding out various potential customers via cold calling, networking, etc. Attending exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company. Managing customer complaints, inquiries, and questions. Updating and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database. Preparing sales reports by analysing the data accurately. Working in collaboration with the sales team for better results. Conducting detailed market research on competitors' products and services. Attending sales meetings on a weekly basis. Taking feedback from the sales team and working on that accordingly. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals. Analysing the marketing performance metrics and KPIs. Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management. Staying updated with the latest trends in the sales industry. Working Conditions: Working Hours 9Am to 6 Pm from Monday to Saturday.
