Company Description: Dalal Engineering Private Limited is a 69-year-old company specialized in manufacturing metal finishing machines, stainless steel process equipment for chemical, pharmaceutical, and textile industries. Located in Thane, on the outskirts of Mumbai, India, the factory spans about 4000 sq. meters and is equipped for designing, manufacturing, and testing. It hosts a Research & Development Center with pilot plants to conduct test trials for performance guarantee and yield optimization. Role Description: Division: Metal Finishing Division 1) Job Content: Maximize sales of business Effective coverage of end-user customers with knowledge of vibratory finishing / plating equipment, or capital equipment sales. Interface between Customers and Organization. 2) Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Coverage and generating of enquiry with the customers assigned in his region. 2. Interaction with customers - both internal and external 3. Product presentation to customers (Product features/Benefits & Advantages) 4. Making cold calls, generating new customer and retain existing customers by building good relationship 5. Travel to cover the geography, assign calls in the given basket of customers and convert the RFQs to orders. 6. Monitoring competitor strategy and exhibit Market intelligence 7. Identifying customer applications, propose a solution and convert substitute products 8. Commercially should know the Account receivables, monthly plans to collect it. 9. Pre-order/post order follow ups. 10. Submission of offer in time and follow-up of orders. 11. Attend exhibitions and represent the company. Qualifications: BE with 3 to 5 years experience Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads Willingness to travel Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Speaking at least one South Indian language is preferred.
