Key Responsibilities: Technical expertise with sales skills to drive sales of Hydraulics, Filtration and related products providing technical support, understanding customer needs and suggest products or solution to closing deals. Identifying new business opportunities, Build strong relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support. Staying up to date on products features, benefits and applications as well as industry trends with competitor analysis Working with internal team, management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales Assist management for business growth, proper reporting and ideas for improvement and develop business for long term sustainability. Co-ordination and managing customers, Principles/OEM and internal department. Skills Required: 1 . Strong understanding of hydraulics and filtration products & applications 2 . Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to close deals. 3 . Ability to identify customer needs or applications where we can suggest our products and offer effective solutions. 4. Hands-on with CRM software and MS Office 5. Leadership and target-driven mind-set
