Role & responsibilities Job Description of Industrial Sales manager Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. He will have a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge of industrial parts, good problem-solving skills and be able to interact & close the deals efficiently. Responsibilities Lead generation for requirement of industrial spare parts in the manufacturing sector. Travel and communicate with maintenance / production / purchase personnel of various manufacturing plants. Coordinating and follow up with customers for quotes and orders. Participating in Exhibitions and willingness to travel PAN India. Able to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical schematics/drawings. Qualifications and Skills- Proven experience in sales preferably in the Industrial products. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
