With over 40 years of expertise , we serve industries such as Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Agro Chemicals, and Packaged Foods by providing high-end inspection for quality control. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales . The candidate will be responsible for the sale of our machine vision based inspection systems, The ideal candidate will work towards developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and approach potential clients in pharmaceutical, FMCG, Agro Chemicals and Packaged Food industries . Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers. Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to provide tailored solutions to client requirements. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts . Manage the entire sales cycle from lead nurturing to closing deals and post-sales support. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of B2B technical sales process With 1 to 2 years of experience, in the sale of industrial automation products such as sensors, PLCs, smart cameras etc. will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events. Proficiency in , MS Office, knowledge of CRM softwares such as Hubspot , ZOHO ect will be an added advantage . Why Join Us?
