Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Process : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your specific territory to achieve the volume and margin objectives. Proposal / Quotation / Negotiation Understand customer requirements, communicate technical requirements to design team, preparation of quotation and negotiating contracts with customers including price and terms. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing / new customers, architects Making technical presentations. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales prospects within your designated area, working closely with potential clients to understand their requirements and present solutions effectively. Sales Reporting: Accurately forecast and track sales performance, providing regular reports to the Regional Manager. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Co-ordination – work closely with design and project execution team and ensure fulfillment of customer commitments
