Role & responsibilities Identify and engage key stakeholders within Railway divisions (zonal offices, PSUs, contractors). Pitch work-at-height access solutions tailored for railway maintenance, construction, and safety needs. Drive B2B sales, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts. Handle technical discussions, demos, pricing negotiations, and closure. Track tenders, vendor registrations, and key project timelines in the railway ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, support, and documentation. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the Railway Division or related infrastructure space . Strong understanding of government procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and railway project cycles. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and deliver in a target-driven environment.
