Position Title : Sales Engineer Division / Department : Monopole / Sales Key Result Areas : 1. Receipt of Orders 2. Billing 3. Revenue recognition / Collections 4. Customer Registrations / Quotes Purpose of the Position : Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving sales as indicated in the Annual Business Plan. His main responsibilities are as indicated in the funnel i.e. Build brand image & Foot print by using best marketing techniques, Identify new market and customer leads, Regular follow ups / meeting with the customers / loyalty Programmes, and Pitch prospective customers in order to achieve KRAs as listed above. Job Description: Focused sales efforts to achieve respective sales numbers as suggested / guided by the RSM Serve existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule. Keeps RSM informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans. Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and market techniques. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Qualification / Experience / Skills : BE /MBA degree with Marketing, Promotions, Advertising sales, or Business Administration. Two to four-year industry sales experience i.e knowledge of Utility Pole related products is preferable. Competencies:- Very Good Communication Skills, High Negotiation & Presentation Skills and Territory Management. Location:- Chandigarh, Delhi NCR(Northern Region)
