Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote plastic molding machines in both existing and new markets. Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches accordingly. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services. Identify new business opportunities and lead the efforts to acquire new customers. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits. Team Leadership & Development Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment. Sales Process Management Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate sales quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations. Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and customer satisfaction. Reporting & Performance Tracking Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management. Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for process improvements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Market Expansion Identify potential new markets for plastic molding machines and develop strategies to enter those markets. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to stay updated on industry trends and promote the companys products.
