Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into orders. 3. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service. 4. Collaborate with technical and project teams to offer tailored filtration solutions. 5. Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics. 6. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts . Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in filtration or a related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and propose solutions. Languages: fluency in English, read, spoken and written. Others: - rigorous (technical/economic analyses, reports, technical specifications) - good analytical skills, creativity - works well in a team environment, communicates easily.
