Role & responsibilities This is a full-time hybrid role for a Industrial Products Sales Engineer, located in Pune. The Industrial Products Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales strategies. Key tasks include assessing market trends, conducting business analysis, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Preferred candidate profile Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct business analysis Experience in New Business Development and Sales Effective Communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in Business Development and client relationship management Diploma / Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or a related field Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience in the electric motor, cables, industrial lights and allied industry is a plus Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Experience : 2 to 4 Years Perks and benefits Bonus + incentives
