Role & responsibilities Responsible for techno-commercial Sales of Kistler BU Joining Systems, Advanced Manufacturing, Plastics, Fastening Technology etc at Western region of India. Relevant knowledge on measurement products like sensors, data acquisitions systems, data post processing Co-operate closely with the Product Manager at Corporate Headquarters. Conducts competitive benchmarking and update product manager and other stakeholders on Market intelligence. Execute a sales strategy that meets corporate objectives of sales and earnings for all existing and target customers. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, conducting repairs and replacements as needed. Provide technical support, training on products and softwares at customers place. Execute comprehensive sales plans to include product mix, pricing, forecasts, budgets etc Practice solution-based selling. Develop and communicate the appropriate value proposition for each major customer. Create and execute marketing plan containing information regarding demos, webinars, customer visits, application-based sales, exhibitions, advertisement, competitors, special activities, and seminars. New business development, identify and attract new customers, purse new applications and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers leading to profitable future business. Develop and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales plan for respective region. Define and monitor key performance parameters on monthly basis (sales and service bookings/billings, number of active and new customers, number of quotes, customer visits, demos, seminars, leads etc.) through CRM Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, products and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge. Knowledge on the electric powertrain / NEV experience /Semiconductor industry would be added advantage Self-motivated with positive attitude Sound communication, presentations skills customer visits with 35% of time in outstation travels Interested candidates can apply : hr@mahasuryagroup.com
