We specialize in delivering reliable, accurate, and high-quality geotechnical investigation services that support infrastructure and construction projects across the region. Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our geotechnical engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering or construction industry, and a proven ability to develop client relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the geotechnical and civil engineering sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Understand client requirements and present tailored geotechnical investigation and testing solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities to promote our services. Maintain and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering services, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of geotechnical investigation processes and terminology is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
