Roles and Responsibilities Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct telecalling activities to promote financial products such as credit cards, loans, etc. Execute sales processes and outbound calling campaigns with high accuracy and efficiency. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization. Maintain a strong convincing power over phone conversations. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (outbound calling). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle rejection professionally. Strong knowledge of sales process, outbound processing, and telecalling techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
