Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial vehicles (Tippers, Trucks, HD vehicles, SCV, BUS) to individual customers and corporate clients. This role involves generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial vehicle sales. Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, fleet buyers, and corporate accounts. Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and financing options tailored to customer needs. Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s commercial vehicle inventory, new releases, and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Coordinate with the after-sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Attend sales training and participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities. Qualifications: Proven experience in vehicle sales, preferably in commercial or fleet sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present technical specifications and financial options clearly. Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales or fleet management. Familiarity with commercial vehicle financing and leasing structures. Background in logistics, transportation, or automotive industries.
