The company manufacturers following products Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B Sales) Location: Khar West, Mumbai Experience: 0-3 Years Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is vital for driving sales growth and cultivating long-term relationships with clients in the B2B sector. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales trends throughout the industry to develop effective strategies for optimizing current sales initiatives. Implement the company’s sales policies at the field level, ensuring compliance and applying necessary disciplinary actions when required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to collect, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Engage in cold calling to identify and reach potential clients, expanding the customer base. Generate leads through networking and market research to drive sales performance. Prepare reports on sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Proficiency in numerical analysis to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports. Familiarity with sales software and best practices within the industry to enhance sales processes. Demonstrated leadership qualities and public speaking skills to motivate colleagues and drive sales initiatives. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales with a commitment to achieving targets.
