Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement : Identify new business opportunities, approach potential customers, and work towards achieving sales targets. Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of our paint products, including technical specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively present to customers. Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Market Research : Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for product improvement. Sales Presentations : Present our product portfolio to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and product promotions. Customer Service : Provide post-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Preferred candidate profile Mumbai Location
