Biitcode is urgently hiring Sales Executive – Agriculture & Genset Segment for our reputed client in the power solutions and equipment industry, located in Telangana. Position: Sales Executive – Agriculture & Genset Segment Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Age: 25 to 40 years Gender: Male (preferred) Requisites: · BA, B.Sc., or B.Com, B.Tech or B.Sc. (Agriculture) Preferred · Minimum 2 to 5 years in field sales, preferably in the agriculture or tractor industry. · Strong understanding of the agriculture equipment or similar industry. · Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-first attitude, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in regional languages (Telugu/Malayalam) is a plus. · Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Responsibilities: · Promote and sell agriculture equipment and portable gensets in the assigned territory. · Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through field visits and product demonstrations. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the management. · Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and after-sales support.
